David Mulindwa is a founding Partner of NAVILOCA Consult and a Registered Land Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in Cadastral and Land Management, Geodesy, and mediation. David is an accomplished RICS Accredited Facilitative Mediator and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-UK with experience in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, especially Arbitration and mediation.
David is one of the few RICS accredited Expert Witnesses within the built environment in Uganda and holds a wealth of knowledge in Expert witness, expert witness opinion writing, and Court evidence preparation.
David is a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Big data technologies from University East London UK, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying and Land Information Systems from Kyambogo University as well a candidate for a Diploma in International Arbitration by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors(RICS)
David is an astute leader having served as Chairperson for the Land Surveying Chapter of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda, as well, he is still serving as the FIG country’s representative.
David doubles as the Chief Executive officer(CEO) and Chief Technical officer(CTO) of Eagle Surveys Solution and its subsidiary company EagleCORS Uganda, which is the major player in the CORS network service in East and Central Africa with our 30 CORS stations.
Have worked on so many property developments in real estate with Canaansites limited where a large chuck of residential plots have been designed and set-up to accommodate the ever-sprawling urban population of the major economic towns and district close to Kampala Capital City. In addition I have contributed greatly in development of roads in some districts such as Wakiso, Kampala, Jinja, Apac, Lira, Luwero, Hoima among others.
An ardent contributor to Reference frames in Practice at FIG working week as well as a Geodesist with special interest in development of GNSS oem board, decoding and encoding satellite signals, research in Atmospheric Scintillation and so many areas.
